• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1-2 business days. (Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.)

2. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50.

• Flat Rate: For orders under $50, a small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.

4. Specialized Packaging for Tackle We understand that fishing rods and reels are precision instruments. All items are securely packed in reinforced tubes or shock-resistant boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

5. International Shipping We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on local customs clearance procedures.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our support team immediately at support@seahuntertackle.com. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.
