    • A: We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Q: How are fishing rods packaged?

    • A: We use extra-thick, reinforced mailing tubes for all rods to prevent bending or snapping during transit. Your gear’s safety is our top priority.

  • Q: Do you offer free shipping?

    • A: Yes! We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50.

2. Products & Gear Advice

  • Q: I’m a beginner. Which rod should I choose?

    • A: For general use, we recommend our Medium-Light (ML) or Medium (M) power rods. If you need a specific recommendation based on your target fish, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp!

  • Q: Are your reels suitable for saltwater fishing?

    • A: Most of our reels feature corrosion-resistant bearings. However, we always recommend rinsing your gear with fresh water after every saltwater trip to extend its lifespan.

  • Q: What if the product is out of stock?

    • A: You can sign up for our mailing list on the product page to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Q: What is your return policy?

    • A: We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free in its original packaging.

  • Q: My rod arrived damaged. What should I do?

    • A: Don't worry! If your gear arrives damaged, take a photo and email us at support@seahuntertackle.com within 48 hours. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

  • Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
